We commission an independent expert appraisal and prepare a feasibility analysis — what can be built, what it will cost and what the projected revenue looks like.
We present the development concept, construction budget, financing structure and expected return for all parties before you commit to anything.
We sign a cooperation agreement. Your land is valued and entered as your equity stake in the project LLC. From this point, you are a project partner.
We manage permits, architecture, construction, financing and sales while you receive regular progress updates.
On completion, you receive the appraised value of your land plus your proportional share of the project profit.
