The Meeting
We walk you through the location, development plan, financial model, projected returns, timeline and risk factors before any decision is made.

Invest in the earliest and most profitable phase of real estate development through a dedicated project LLC.
Most real estate developers fund their early-stage costs — land acquisition, permits, project documentation — with expensive bank credit or by depleting their own reserves. At Avanti, we do it differently. We open that phase to private investors who want access to the most profitable stage of the development cycle without managing the complexity themselves.
Avanti Capital gives you a direct stake in a specific real estate project, structured through a dedicated LLC, with clearly defined terms, legal protection and a return structure that puts your interests first.
Each cooperation path is presented with the project documents, timelines, responsibilities and payout mechanics before capital or land enters the structure.
Discuss this pathWe walk you through the location, development plan, financial model, projected returns, timeline and risk factors before any decision is made.
A dedicated limited liability company is opened for the project. Your ownership share, preferred return, capital priority and profit participation are written into the company agreement before your money moves.
We manage permits, construction and sales while you receive monthly progress reports and full visibility into how the project is advancing.
On completion, you are paid first: fixed annual interest accrued over the investment period, followed by return of principal. Remaining profit is then distributed proportionally among partners.
Avanti Capital is designed for investors who want meaningful exposure to Dalmatian real estate development without taking on a developer’s workload.
It suits individuals and family offices looking to deploy capital into a tangible, documented asset with structured returns and clear exit conditions. Minimum investment amounts and available projects are discussed individually.
